Mobile Game Developer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Position Summary:
Yabbly, Inc is seeking a J2ME Developer to be a key member of Yabbly's talented software development. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will actively participate in the development of an interactive application reaching a large mobile consumer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop games and applications for mobile platforms
- Act as a key member of a software development team responsible for programming mobile games
- Coordinate with the QA team for product testing and bug fixes
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years software development experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related major
- Experience in one or more of J2ME / WAP / SMS and other mobile environments/languages (Applications Development)
- Expertise in Java
- Specific expertise in one or more areas of graphics, game-play programming, networked applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond well under pressure
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
